Photo Challenge 4: Hate

Theme : Hate/Hatred
Something a bit different this time. Any photos that convey the feeling of hatred or hate. No restrictions on edits, although photos should come from one source only; no mixing & matching multiple images please.

Submissions are being taken from now until the 19th August. Email your photo(s) to boardsphotochallenge@gmail.com as usual. Something different again, send one image only please, any more will be used as toilet paper.

And there was me thinking of entering this for the first time, and you come up with a topic like that! Seems to me that taking pictures of people expressing hate or hatred is one sure way of getting your camera ripped off you and smashed to the ground ... I'll wait until next time thanks

I like the topic.. I suggeseted emotions.. So thats cool. Another one could be.. people and pets.

I heartily condone thwopping people over the head with heavy objects and taking pictures of them whilst running away. Then you could use that picture for "hate", "fear" and "motion". A true timesaver.

Alun, whoever said it has to be limited to people? I'm not suggesting that anyone put themselves in mortal danger to win a prizeless competition... Unless you fancy taking a shot at doing the above ^

Hate may be a bit strong, lets put it another way; distaste, dislike... that kind of mildness.

It doesn't all have to be cross burnings and people getting beaten up.. My own personal picture of hate would probably be a kiwi fruit. Horribly hairy squelchy nasty tasting bastards that they are.

What does edits mean in this context?

Cropping, etc. must be OK, but could one just take Photoshop and modify a regular photo to express hate, etc and that would be acceptable?

What it means is, you can take one photo and one photo only, and like do the following to it..

Brightness/ contrast
Cropping
minor cloning to remove dust and unwanted elements (must be very minor)
No filters or any external graphic elements on picture
Any borders are permitted, also Frames

Although it would have been hugely helpful if you could have sent it as an attachment and not a link. Given my past rantings (public or not) about the whole linking vs attaching thing, I'd have to reiterate that I'm going zero-tolerance this time around.

In short, send it again as an attachment. I've binned the email with the link in it.

I was asking those questions, (as if it's any of your business) becasue durign sending it, it crashed, and I didnt want to send it tiwce. AS for the bump, that was a bump to my question, also, hoping that somone will see this thread on the homepage, and they may enter.. Thus making a bit more compitition. Dont be so sure of urself in your think headed responses.
