I've a Google on circumference of ireland and can't find anything.

The Great Wall of China is about 4000 miles in legnth. I wonder would that stretch all around Ireland... I'm gueesing that it's less than 4000 miles.

Enough for an inner, and outer wall and then some..might get a nice castle built out of it too and use the rest to finally finish the Dundalk western bypass...

Or we could just use it to build a motorway to the Cote d'Azur.

It's an Idea, if China can do it, we can too! It'll help against Global Warming and what not.

We can ask the local Chinese people to build it. They have Great-Wall-building in their blood, the same way Irish people have alcohol in their blood. I assume. :)

We can just build it 3 times as high! That'll keep those mongolians away from our shores.
