    Hey

Have an old P4 2.8MHz Northwood and i want to get a mobo for it. Not breaking the bank so something around the 70-80 mark, also thinking a 9800pro/xt or a 6800LE and a 1Gb of RAM.Been looking around and i dunno what to get, socket 478 is dwindling and i was wondering if anyone could give me a nudge in the right direction. Cheapest i found are Dabs and Jes.

    Any suggestions would be mighty.

    Nukem

I have 2 mobo's for this chip, but they are old and kinda crappy :). If it was just for general use they would do the job.

Asus P4P800 r an Abit IC7-G... Asus P4C800 if u can find one. I've used all 3 and they are all class, the P4C800 is by far the best mobo i've ever had, and i've had tonnes...(mainly cause i break them from ocing) the asus was steady as a rock and was fast as hell....
