I was checking out Jes.de and noticed they hammered komplett on basically everything! :D So I decided to order stuff until i found out they dont take orders by credit card at all. They will only accept money order, has anybody ordered from Jes and if so how was it? Does it take much longer because of this and is your money safe doing it this way?? Thanks :)

I used paypal at the time. not sure if they still do that.

to be honest I wasn't happy with them becuase 1/3 of what I got had to be returned. then they had my details entered incorrectly, rang them and eventually got it sorted out. but I did get a refund.

other people have had no trouble, but I have. that's it.

Thanks, terrible for such a large supplier not to use credit cards. We e-mailed them and they said its their new company policy not to use cards for customers abroad!

They have the worst RMA service i have ever come across, but the prices just keep tempting me back :D

Ive just ordered from them yesterday. I received an email (all in German) and what looks like their bank details. Should I just go to my bank and ask to transfer x from my account to the account in the email? How will they know its from me or are the details specific to each order/customer?

Im also a bit worried about my address they have in the confirmation email. It only has one line of my address, followed by Wexford. Thats it. However, on my account on Jes my full address is there. I have a feeling this will affect delivery or am I worrying over nothing?

The only problem I can see with Jes so far is the lack of English on the site and in their confirmation email. I tried to translate the German to English and it helped a bit.

Either way, im going to my bank on Monday and will ask to transfer the payment to their Account. I just dont want my bank to say those details are incorrect, or I give them the wrong info.

Please help, what should I tell my bank?
