Go to http://www.belleandsebastian.com/tour.php and they have a list of tour dates for this year in link at the the side. I'd love to see them live, they're pretty damn good.

Their world tour is basically thus:

Malaga
Perth (the one in Scotland)
London

Ridiculous, but if they don't want to sure, sure they don't have to. I'd love to see them though, one of my favourite bands.
