basically i've had a long-term, on-going condition (hormones and the like) that i've had since a baby.
as a result i started taking hormonal replacements and one of these replacements is testerone. puberty happened more less happened as it should , the only real problem is that me testicles never developed to a normal size.
i had an operation as a kid to make them descend, but i've never had much (or any) growth as far i can see.

as a result, i'm fairly embarrassed about it and as a result have shied away from relationships because any meaningful relationship i have will ultimately lead to sex at some point. the thing is, this is as far as i can see, very unusual and i'm not sure how women would react to it. it terrifies me to be honest! it's something i know i'll have to get over at some point, but i'm not sure how!

i'm told there's not much chance of growth, but i'm seeing a specialist to discuss my options.

    any opinions/advice very much appreciated!

Really, the only person who could (and should) give you advice is your specialist. I'm sure he'll know a lot more about the condition than random folks on the internet

I went out with a guy who has the same problem as you, if not worse, and he was fat too, and the testicles thing made no difference to me at all. As long as you can still get an erection, you're fine.

Try not to be so self-conscious, I know what it's like. Girls are not looking for men with giant testicles. It's the person that counts to us.

    Cheer up, small problem,
