    what would be the best marshall amp the buy for my bed room it is also going to be used outside. i was thinking of the mg 100dfx

    why marshall? Don't be fooled, the cheaper models suck. Look into getting something else instead of buying a name. Try the microcube.

    Avoid the MG. It sucks the balls of a thousand donkeys. Check out the Vox Valvetronix range.

    mg isnt as bad as people say it is, i have one and i like it, but better still is a valvestate

    If you're not getting a real valve amp, definitely go with something digital - Vox Valvetronix, Line6 Spider, Roland Microcube etc.

    Marshall Valvestate and MGs are some of the worst amps I've ever heard.
