I have posted this problem before but cant seem to get help. I cant seem to get in to some secure sites..ie internet banking.. and now my gmail. I imagin its something to do with my security settings. I was able to get on no problem up to about a month ago. now, every few days I have this problem. the only way I can get back in is to restore to an earlier time. Nobody is changing the settings so why is this happening??? it is very annoying (that is my polite way of saying it)

you could try a few things. try this http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html . it's free and it works really well. make sure you've got the latest version of firefox, it's 1.6 at the moment. also try this http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html. this should sort out your security but you should always run a firewall. try this one
http://www.kerio.com/kpf_download.html . it's also free same as the others. also this http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/lng/us/tpl/v5. after using these give a shout and tell us how you're getting on.
