    Why not try the real thing ? I found it cheaper than models of any sort. Dublin Gliding Club 40 Euro per month plus launch fees. Free tuition ! See www.dublinglidingclub.ie

    Don't think I would be able to afford ten planes of the real variety.....
    Definitely not the fighters and jets I like.
    But this deserves a new thread.

    It will be interesting to see if many RC flyers do the real thing too.
    Myself - I never felt any urge to "go large"
    (except in McDonalds that is ;) )
