Was thinking of getting a tattoo and was wondering if i was getting it on my arm or leg where there is hair will the tattooed area require shaving, i mena will the hair grow as normal?

It'll be shaved before the tattoo is done and it grows back normal

Don't shave it yourself though as the tattooist won't tattoo you if the skin is broken. The artist will shave the area required himself so that way he is to blame if he nicks you.
