    Myself and Lenny Leonard made the final table last night after an exhausting second last one that went on for a hour too long.
    Then my cards hit the graveyard of all dead cards. I couldnt even get in a position to try to rob, coz everyone else was hitting stuff. Then Dereks on the big blind, goes all in on the small, gets called, turns over ace jack, the SB has ace eight, and an eight hits to cripple him.
    I go out on the best hand i see in half an hour, king ten!
    4,600 for first and I make 50 euros profit for the night.
    The blinds were so huge that a deal must have been done.
    This one really stung. I don't think I'll hit another final table this weekend, just shattered.

    Hey Doc,

    I went out in fifth in the end, for 500euro. The AJ - A8 hand really killed me, 'cos I was really feeling on form, but I was happy enough with fifth in the end. The game was still going on at 6.30! Kevin, Brian and the guy from the north were left, with no sign of a deal.

    Excellent game, I thought, but I'll be careful about bluffing you again... how could you call with a 94!
