OK i know a little bit about computers but i'm lost with this. In the computers where i'm doing a computer course, some guy set it up so that the control panel was removed from the start>settings menu on Windows NT. When i try to right-click on my screen and hit properties it says that i can't because of restrictions in place on my computer. Is there any way to get it back? I would be eternally grateful.

P.s. sorry if this is in the wrong board.

This is the right board allright, but I'd say the only way to get it back is to ask for it to be honest. Your account has been restricted from accessing system features on purpose.
