Anyone know of any dead zones in existence in Ireland? (areas where electronics don't function or function erratically?)

If so has there been any other paranormal activity associated with the area?

Theres a hill in Lusk Co. Dublin where cars wont start and stuff like that. Never really found any details on it, maybe someone could shed light?

Why is this considered paranormal? Do you mean to imply that the odd electrical behaviour is caused by UFOs, ghosts or somesuch? As opposed to magnetic deposits?

    Look for mobile phone masts.
They emit EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) which would explain electronic components and the more modern cars which rely on them not functioning properly, within proximity of one.
If you don't see it, its probably hidden ;)
