Free delivery and double memory on many dell laptops at the moment. Just ordered an inspiron 2200 1.4GHz celeron/40Gb/DVD burner/Wireless with a spare battery for €710 all in. Very happy :) On a side note, I believe I won't be getting recovery CD with the machine. Anybody know a cheap/free alternative to Norton Ghost?…

There is an XP ISO on the hard drive. There is a program to burn it for you which didnt work for me. Burning the ISO straight did.

The Inspiron 2200 is a nice machine though. Its not painted, which is a big plus! I have no complaints with mine so far. Reformatted HD and it made a big difference with speed.
