Was a good film. It was a flop and got allot of bad press but I thought it was good. The fight was a little bit of an anti climax at the end, especially considering RTE cut it for the news when there was only about 20 minutes left in the film.

The fight did look like more of a realistic fight than other films, and you did feel like you were watching a Tyson v Lewis fight (which both the characters were quite similar to). I wonder in training for the film how good the actors got, as in could they actually hold their own in a fight. I know when training Daniel Day Lewis for "The Boxer", another prison/boxer movie, Barry Mc Guigan said he was that good he could have gone pro. But neither of these actors would be as much of a method actor as De Lewis.

The only thing about the fight is the entire film was leading up to it and is still only lasted 3 rounds. That sorta sh*t¢ happens in actual boxing matches but for this one you think they mighta made it a bit longer for a film.
