Ipod Mini with A\C charger

Where is the cheapest place to get an ipod mini 4gb or 6gb that includes an a\c cable (wall charger)? As many i see for about €210 only contain the usb charger. I dont know if there is any generation difference or what defines the difference in the ones with wall chargers and without. Thanks,

The newer 4gb & 6gb mini's don't come with a wall charger as standard any more. You have to buy it separately. €29 plus p&p from the Apple store.
