Are you looking for a web script with database support e.g. PHP with MySQL or ASP with MS Access? Some more information on the situation would be helpful.

Not to be bad, but Google is your friend here. I'd check CPAN and other obvious places. There should be plenty of scripts available for stuff like this on the interweb.

the reason i don;t want to use an email client is becuase several people at different locations have to use it, yep php or cgi and mySQL would be good
