    According to DS:BB,
    • 8 PM: Big Brother
    • 8:30 PM:Lost
    • 9:30 PM: Big Brother
    • 10 PM: Lost

    Okay, so here's the announcement you've been waiting for. I can now officially confirm that the first episode of US drama Lost is scheduled for 8:30pm on Wednesday 10th August on Channel 4. The second episode will be shown on the same evening at 10pm. The third will be on E4 at 11pm.

    After that, the plan is for one episode per week on Channel 4 in the 10pm slot, followed by the next episode on E4 at 11. There will be weekly repeats on both Channel 4 and E4. Please check published listings for further information.

    Channel 4 are really pushing the Lost launch with the "between two Big Brother episodes" idea. Not alone that, but this particular Big Brother night is probably going to be a live mid-week eviction as happened last year in the final week. This is bound to drive up the audience for both the BB6 shows, and consequently, hopefully, give a record launch for Lost's UK premiere as well.
