Australia numbers are +61 [Area Code - Drop zero] [Number]

That 614, 4 is the area code, 61 country code.
You normally cant send web texts outside the country, try sending from phone, international sms messages are around 15-30cents each.

If you are with O2 you can webtext australia and they are recieve instantly.

Have the number in as just 61....
