USB Driver for JVC GR-D40 digital camera

JVC suck. Their website is useless when it comes to finding and downloading drivers for their cameras. Google only helped in that it made it clear that I'm not the only one to have such an experience.

Does anyone have an XP driver for this camera ? Should be common enough - I bought it in an ESB shop.

    Thanks.

Dosent windows detect it as an external USB key (or something like that) and you can just drag and drop stuff out of it like a USB key?

XP should detect it as a mass storage device and allow you to browse it as a drive in My Computer.

As a long shot, have you tried something like Windows Movie Maker 2 and seen if it detects your camera as a capture device ?
