O2 & Vodafones Repair Policys

    Can anyone tell me O2's repair policy for pay as you go customers?

    I've check with a vodafone store and I was told if the phone is sent off 3 times and its still having issues that its their policy to replace trhe handset if its still under warrenty.

    Is it the same deal with O2, if so is their info on their website to confirm this?
