I'm trying to find a replacement for this but i'm not really sure what its called.

I thought a USB/Audio component would get me so results but to no avail.

the part i'm looking for should fit underneath the case to look like this from the outside.

its looking like it! can't find it at all anywhere. Shrimp's suggestion did get me a few results that were like it.

The case you have is pretty common. I was looking up some sites, nearly all the cases I found were exactly like urs, with the I/O Ports on the top side. I was looking to see if there were any damaged, or broken cases going cheap, on ebay/google.. Seemingly no, which is a pain, because this sort of thing seems like it's fitted just for that exact model. You may be able to get some sort of external hub.

Such as this. http://www.directron.com/sf601b.html This should do the exact same job, except it wont be on the top. unless you want to saw a part away, which would be possible, but not advisable.
