BBC and UTV gone?

I noticed this morning that BBC 1 and 2, UTV and C4 are all gone from my NTL menu. They just aren't listed anymore. The channels are working fine on my analogue service, so it's not as if the channels aren't working for me. Anyone else have this problem or know what is causing it?
