That little box with the cold cathode light should come with your cold cathodes - its called an inverter.
Those USB/audio ports look like they're part of your case, right? If so, the case should have some wires trailing from the front panel which you can connect to front panel audio/extra USB headers on your motherboard.

yup, but i'm looking for replacement ones. both the inverter and usb/audio port burnt out!

How the hell did you burn out USB/audio ports? :)

I'd have a look on ebay for the invertor, you may have to take some new cathodes with it too but they should be dirt cheap there.

i have no idea. for some reason my audio cabel started to melt and it also blew fried the curcit on the usb/audio component. I'm still trying to figure out what happenend. I think it may have been a power surge from my psu, which knoked out the audio cabel, my cold cathide light, an ata cable and i also think it damaged my DVD RW.

Now to find it on ebay i have to find out the propper name of the component

this maybe no use to you, but i have a spare board from my dell case. now it doesn't have a mic port only the headphones, but your welcome to it if it gets you out of a hole. also the 2 usb ports are stacked rather side by side.
