Pop-Up window blocked

    Anyone help with this,when I try to open a link from a web page,for example when trying to login to 24 hour banking,the page will not open,and I get this message "pop up window blocked" is there some setting I need to reset in xp to view these pages? thanks in advance :D

    In Internet Explorer goto tools-->pop-up blocker. You have a choice of turning off pop up blocker or going into pop up blocker settings.

    No,tried that,its still not allowing links to open in a new window,still getting the same message "pop-up window blocked" ?

    do you use ad-watch with adaware or google toolbar?

    No,dont use any of those,I have just run out of patience with this pc now,its been one thing after another,its also telling me to register my nortons antivirus even though i already done it and got the usual reference code from Norton's back,time to format,and reinstall the lot again,thanks anyway for all the help :mad:
