There are several version of the song The Belfast Brigade and the main differences are in the first line.

In one version "Craigavon sent the Specials out" (Craigavon refers to James Craig, cofounder of the Ulster Volunteer Force and the first Prime Minister of Northern Ireland from 1921 until 1940, who became Viscount Craigavon of Stormont in 1927), and in an other version "The Black and Tans from London came".

There is also a third version in which "Craig Adams sent the Special out". All I can find about a Craig Adams is that he suffered brain damage in a car accident. The obvious question is: who is/was Craig Adams who sent the Specials out?
