I want to search for websites that have a certain word in their domain.

eg if i was searching for the word 'apple' i would get back

    www.apple.com
    www.apple-tree.com
    www.apples.de

    etc.

is there a way to do this? i haven't figured it out through google anyway...

it's not confined to the domain, but if you google for instance: inurl:apple
that'll give results that have the word 'apple' in their urls.
