wierd occurrence

ok i know this forum is not for medical purposes but just the other day i started getting these tiny spots all over my forehead their not puss filled or anything just loads of little tiny dots, they appeared almost out of thin air. i wash my face every day so i dont know what they are. its not achne, i got over that years…
