    Can we have a discussion on what basic information people want to be permanently available here?

    Like contact details for Accommodation Agency web-sites, Threshold, council housing services and the like.

    Your rights as a tenant would be a good start. The usual questions people ask about their landlord and their rights to a decent place to live...

    recently my landlady raised my rent 300 quid a month with féck all notice. I was not well pleased and moved out as a result...

    The tenant laws in ireland are a ****er, no real controls over landlord/ladies, I hear its becoming more regulated tho.
