    Where could i buy an external hard drive case with a 10-20Gb hard drive, i checked komplett but all they have is 40Gb hard drives, i would prefer buying booth together instead of seperate so i can be definately sure they work together, any ideas?

    Hmm. You wont get good value from that at all.
    Most hdd cases in Ireland are ridiculously overpriced. So ordering from the web is probably the way to go. I got myself a nice aluminium one on ebay for $5.
    As for them not working together....they will.
    The case's function is to hold the drive and to interface it with USB/Firewire.
    Except in the case of you having faulty parts, they will work together.
    Check out the links in the sticky for good online computer hardware suppliers.

    Just buy the cheapest USB 2.0 2.5" case you can find, like this:

    And a 40GB 2.5" hard drive, like this:

    It's incredibly easy to put together, you'll figure it out just looking at the stuff, without even reading the instructions.

    I assume it's a 2.5" HD you want, since 3.5" will need an external PSU (supplied with the case you can buy typically) so that's the business.... I have another Zynet 2.5" case (not the one shown in the link above) with a 60GB HD and it's just great for carting large amounts of files around...
