Hello all,

I only found this site recently and have to say it looks good and since its all Irish you have to prefer it to RGP, etc.

I was reading one of the threads and someone mentioned a Rathfarnham Card Club that is above Sean Doherty's pub, does anyone know or have any details about this place and who to contact for further information???

As you say, it's above Sean Doherty's. Poker nights are Monday, Thursday and Friday. Tonight's is a €30 buy in with three rebuys and (I think) €300 added to the pot. Their number is 01-4951703

Usually now more than 40 or so and of varying quality, but usually pretty poor.

I played there on Monday night and the standard was pretty poor. Lots of novices. Only about 22 runners. Bring a photo id for membership. Staff are all very freindly so just arrive there before 9 and they will look after you. I might play tonight, not really sure yet.

Thanks for the info, was going to go tonight, but have to play in a tournament in the Goat, so maybe next week,

What was the buy in and structure last Monday, re-buy's etc.
