FTV card - missing channels

    I have a UK FTV card which was working fine in my Irish box up until recently. I went on hols and didn't use the card for about 5 weeks.
    When I returned and swapped it with the Irish card only the BBC channels were available. ITV channels came back after 3-4 hours, but no Ch4 or 5. Will these come back or do I need to phone to get the card activated again?

    Leave the card in the box for 12/24 hours channels will come back. card
    deactavated because it was not used for a month.
