    Morning All,

The ground is good to firm for the first of three days' racing at Newbury, where Silca's Sister in the 1415 looks the best bet of the day despite disappointing on her racecourse debut. The Mick Channon-trained filly was badly hampered at a crucial stage at Newmarket but will have learnt from the experience. She has been entered in some top races so is obviously held in high regard and should win today.

The ground at York is also good to firm. Milton Bradley's horses are running well and it would be no great surprise to see Salviati in the 1505 get his head in front after some consistent recent efforts.

Wolverhampton's Polytrack is riding standard and all eyes will be on the Sir Mark Prescott-trained Strudel in the 1530. Although unraced, her home work suggests a bold show.

At Chepstow, where the action begins at 1830, the ground is good to firm, which will be ideal for All Quiet in the 2000.

Newmarket the ground is good to firm and racing begins at 1750. Leading jockey Robert Winston has been booked to ride Ice Plant in the 1945.

    Good luck.

    rgds,
    K.F

And this is the very person who complained when somebody copied his posts on another forum.

Is there not anyone capable of coming up with their own selections and reasoning behind them?

Unless of course KF writes the column for the BBC, in which case I apologise!!

The one thing I can't understand is what benefit do you get from copying post/selections, it's not as if you're paid for your opinions.

It's becoming apparent that some people who have posted selections without any explanation as to why are merely copying them from other forums.

I suggest some bans, is it not possible to track members from IP addresses to stop the people who are banned from setting up new accounts?

If you wrote for the bbc, why not just put a link in our information services to your articles on the bbc? I'm calling bull**** on this. Fallon, leave our board.

What sort of a question is that? This is not a private board, I was merely following it but it is clearly going nowhere and even more so now.

You love me really don't you......... ;)
