    Franklin looks like it is going to head off into the atlantic and head towards us as a little shower of rain.

    Tropical Storm watch issued for Bermuda at 11pm local time

    The storm is currently West-Southwest of Bermuda at around 210 miles, moving irratically at around 8 mph to the East. A turn to the north is expected. Not a very strong storm with sustained winds of 40 mph.

    Tropical storm Franklin forcast to strengthen a little more today (Friday) before weakening and probably going extratropical.

    the rain showing up on the Halifax radar seems to be a band coming off of franklin.
