Assuming you want good temperatures.

You could go to the Canaries - it should be still nice enough that time of year.

Caribbean would be over budget for the full month (but you would certainly get 2 weeks).

Seychelles? Goa? Not sure on prices. South Africa / Australia would probably be over budget for the full month. Be aware it might be a bit warmer than you expect.

Well If I was you and u like dance music r Night life I would head to Ibiza r if not some where I think is not as hot would be "The Dam" and check out The dance Valley looks f00kin cool

I went more or less this time of year 2 years ago. Perfect weather. It rained briefly for the last day we were there.
