    Lads,
If I'm not posting much after Sunday either

    A) I'm hurted!
    B) I've joined a cult, led by the Thornton/Gracies and may or may not need de-programming.
If I'm smiling just leave me be :)

This is gonna be funner than that thing I did that time at Band Camp!!

When you ladies are finished circle jerking each other can you explain what exactly the seminar entails?

Blowing smoke up this guys arse about his achievements and what not is all well and good but I'd rather not spend 20 quid to listen to someone prattle on about how great they are.

    Chill dude :)

John is one of the good guys he doesn't normally spend seminar time talking about how good he is he mostly shows it on the mat.
I recommend this seminar to anyone who wants to improve their clinch and ground game.
    Fully indorsed by the LUMA

Logic, I believe the initial post was an advertisement for the seminar. Usually a list of achievements or qualifications is a good thing for getting people to go to the seminar.

Also, there's no need to second guess weather the guy's good or not as you can go along and roll with him for free anytime!!!! Best thing about John is he rolls (spars) with everyone in attendance at all of his classes.

Oh that's cute. What, you thought you'd come troll around here for a bit and see what sort of response you'd get? The seminar should cover all aspects of MMA, depending on what areas John wants to cover. You're more than welcome to come along and call us ladies in person. I'll pay for you.

Spend a few more years on boards mate and you might actually understand what a troll is.

You could have simply stated that in your initial post. A "seminar in a gym" could cover anything and might not be of interest to most even if it "is an opportunity not to be missed"

Keep the bravado to yourself it might get you hurt. If I'm in waterford over the weekend I'll come along with Musashi. You can keep your €20, I never take money from a lady.

Someone who feels the need to criticise every post made on the board and post irrelevant nonsense when it's not needed. Everyone here knows who John is, his name preceeds him. If you wanted to find out what he was covering you could of asked in a civilized manner instead of throwing your weight around the board and attempting to insult us. Grow up bucko, all those days stuck up in a 2 foot by 2 foot room working for AOL must be getting to you.

That's not actually a troll, unlucky. I also wouldn't place myself in the above category.

I don't therefore your argument is incorrect.

Well Musashi's my brother so it was actually light hearted banter, so sorry if I insulted your delicate sensibilities. I always forget to watch my words around the girls.
    Grow up bucko

    Certainly boss!

Interesting, aren't you the monkey that works for AOL tech support? I can understand your confusion though, your obviously not that bright.
Don't forgot to drop by and say hello.

As I said if I'm in Waterford I'll be sure to stop by.

Fortunately, no. I'd hate to touch it, although I hear several other people wanted to burn it. Hey at least I got your dead topic some attention. *hug*

My topic wasn't dead, it was just... dormant.. All the people attending already know about the seminar, but I thought I'd invite a few of the lads from here along.

Don't hug me, you might try to eat me - Fatty ;)

Time for food. Later Musashi Junior. And also, how do you know me? I don't think we worked in AOL at the same time and I don't remember you. Musashi gave me your name once and I looked ya up.

I still work in AOL, just not anywhere near Waterford.

On a side note I actually didn't realise "John Kavanagh" was umm "John Kavanagh" that posts here. So I'm sure it will be quite a good seminar :) Hopefully I'll see ye Sunday.

One of very, very few seminars I would pay money for - and E20 is a steal.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 20,759 ✭✭✭✭dlofnep

Agreed Clive, 20 euro is very cheap.

Logic is a pussy, don't worry about him. I beat him in Street Fighter 2 years ago.

But then again, I am a fourth dan in Origami-jutsu.
