Training in Cavan?

    Gents,

    I'm interested in training opportunities in or around the Cavan / Monaghan area. Preferably Judo / MMA / Muay Thai and similar.

    I'm not a native of this area, so specific addresses or contact details of clubs (if any) would be much appreciated. I did a search on the web and didn't turn up anything.

    I know there's always Dublin (about an hour and a half on the motorway?), but I thought it was worth a shot.

    No idea about MMA but there is a Judo club up there. I found these details on the internet so I'm not sure if they are up to date but give them a try.

    Not sure how close to Navan you are but you could try Barry (can't remember his second name ) @087-2137213, he has a BJJ Vale Tudo group training there. Not sure of the class times.

    Yes, in Navan, Co Meath, or he could come to Mullingar as well, I have a group here doing BJJ, Sub wrestling.

    woah, the specifics are blowing me over. have you posted in "Clubs in your area". It would do no harm to say where and when you train etc.
