Catalogue creator for HTML pages?

    Hi,

    I'm looking for a piece of software that would be able to create thumbnail images of html pages,located on my hard drive, & then link to that page.

    Does anyone know if such software exists - I've spent the afternoon on Google, but with no luck.

    Any help appreciated.
