Problems with my Bios

Having major problems with my bios it stops at this point for about 1 - 2 mins before loading normally i recently upgraded from a sempron 2600 to a Athlon xp 2800 its a EPoX EP-8K9A7i, KT400A, Socket-A mobo and it was working fine with the sempron in it i have loaded Optimized Settings and so on i have flashed the bios…

looks to stop when its testing your memory, reseat your memory, and if you have two modules try one at a time
