30.000 hands and counting

Horrible week for me overall really. I don't think I was playing badly at all, I just seemed to come out the worst of more than my fair share of marginal situations,as well as some expensive all ins like Aces cracked by T5o and 56o after preflop reraises. The two hands combined lost me $260. That said I definitely made mistakes, I made some bad calls, but I still feel my game is improving. My 10,000 hand average is still over $1,000 and that's the aim. This is why I need to put in 100,000 hands, so I can be sure that weeks like this are not the norm and that I will normally do much better.

I've decided to withdraw my money from Pokerstars and Full Tilt so that I'm not tempted to play more MTTs. I'm on a bad tournament run at the moment and they are not worth the time I'm putting in. If I have a nice week then I can move money to a site to play a large Multi but otherwise I will stick to cash games from now on.

Profit from .5/1 NL 6 max tables $286.20

    Bonuses $100

    Rakeback $303.17

    Total $689.37

    Total after 30,000 hands $3618.97

    10,000 hand average through 30,000 hands $1206.32

It's a metaphorical week, but actually I think I would probably play more than 10,000 hands a week especially if I'm 4 tabling.

As far as Rakeback goes are you stuffed if you have been a member of these sites for a long time. I mean I have accounts with Pokerstars, UltimateBet, PartPoker, PokerChamps, Ladbrokes, VC and Paddypower. So I assume I can't get rakeback on any of these now?

I had a previous account on Empire as well as accounts on the Party and Eurobet skins before taking up a rakeback deal with Empire. All I needed to do was create the account on a different computer and use a different email address. Sorted! I've also had 2 different accounts on several other sites in order to get sign up bonuses including Full Tilt and Absolute poker. I haven't treid it on Pokerstars (and don't want to risk it because they seem to be on the ball with everything) and VC/PPP also seem to be very clever as I haven't managed to remove all trace of VC from the registry. :D
