Firefox Help

    Basically something has happened where i seem to have lost all my favourites in Firefox,it asked me to update or create a new user profile so i created a new one,now all i have is the firefox home page and my favourites seem to have disapeared,ive had this problem before and had to do a system restore and lost music files i downloaded so don't wanna have to do tnat again,is there any way i can retrieve my favourites list and just go backl to where i was a few hours ago without having to system restore?cheers

    Did you have Firefox open before this happened? If so, open the task manager and close all instances of firefox.exe.

    Thta doesnt seem to have worked mate my PC just crashed after i done it,any other ideas?

    this is pretty common

    go into start>>run>>type in ' firefox.exe -profilemanager '

    I had the same problem, Uninstall and Reinstall.

    Also has anyone had a problem with firefox playing video on sky news.
