    You could have a look at http://www.bg-mor.demon.co.uk/cider/intro.htm if you liked. Note that pulping the apples requires a press and isn't exactly trivial. Also I didn't see any mention of adding yeast, though it's very possible you may have to.

    Due to the price of apples in Spar and the price of strong cider in 10litre bottles in off-licences I advise you to sell your apples to newsagents and buy cider from the off-licences and spend the profit on a kidney operation for the future biggrin.gif
