As soon as this date was finalized about 16 months ago the good value holidays to Cyprus sold out very quickly, and as a result now it's quiet expensive.
Look at the sports pages of the tabloids or the Indo there are usually adds for this trip, however it's very late to be booking and they are asking €700+ for 4 days, none are offering trip more than a week.
If you want to go for two weeks then I'd advise trying a regular travel agent or one in the UK flying out of Belfast.
Obviously none of them will be including tickets.
Try www.foot.ie there is a big thread on the Cyprus trip you might get help there.

I'd be very surprised if there are many tickets left.
Cyprus is a small place with a samll ground and you will have loads of Irish over cos it's a holiday destination.
Google for the Cyprus FA's website or something like ticket master Cyprus, but don't believe anything you read on teh FAI website.

Your best bet might be if Ireland loose to France and are out of the picture by virtue of other results by the time the Cyprus game comes around people might not bother going
