Balding men - impotency ties?

I've met a number of balding men recently in their late 20s/early 30s, and it's no coincidence that a lot of them complain of increasingly serious erectile dysfunction. Has anybody else come across this phenomenon? I only ask because a good friend of mine is becoming more and more worried about same, as he has also been in contact with the individuals I referenced earlier.

I have noticed recently that my hair has been thining on top, my confidence is taking a bit of a blow, and it is a cause of worry for me.I find it difficult sometimes to get an erection, i think its because im down in the dumps about my hair , i have not taken any medical advice as yet, but feel i may have to if the problem persists. I find it difficult to believe it could be a chemical inbalance in my body causing my hair to fall out and my penile dysfuntion, but i cant obviously rule it out.

My good or bad looks are irrelevant. I have a luxurious mane and suffer from absolutely no dysfunction, except perhaps after large amounts of Guinness have let me down a little. However, this appears to be a real problem for some chaps. Perhaps it's a psycholgical thing - I don't know? I just wondered if anybody else has come across this.

A forum for airing opinion, seeking similar tales and advice, or defensive ghetto for cynical types? Which is this site?

    [off topic]
Both :P depending on that forum you are on.
Each forum has it's own charter and own rules,
none of them are the same, but each have the basic boards.ie rules.
Your best of reading over the charter of each one when you post in them.

Yes hair loss is causes by gentics and the ammount of testerone a man makes.
That very same testrone usually means more spring in thier spring board so to speak.
MAy be it is thier issue with going bald and thier self image that is causing the
    slump so to speak.
Sex being 80% mental and the brain the biggest sex organ we have.

    I'd say it's mental.
Isn't a receding hairline caused by high testosterone?

Why do you have an issue with thinning on top?
