    Hello!

Since I upgraded to ISDN, I have been having a few ISP problems.First up, despite the best efforts of Adnans, and Blam, and indeed random support indigo people who I emailed, I can't really connect to my Indigo 1891 a/c.

I say can't really because I have managed to connect about 5 or 6 times out of maybe 70-80 efforts.I get the 'check your password' line.Any ideas why? I have a feeling it is Indigo who needs to sort this out, as there is nothing untoward in my properties etc, and I connect to all other ISPs fine, but I'd appreciate any ideas.

Things took a turn for the worse tonight, I was experimenting with the dial up networking properties, and had no joy whatever I tried. So I give up, connect to oceanfree, and go to check my mail.Guess what? It asks me for my username and pass to access the pop server, which it shouldn't.Guess what else? smile.gif It won't accept my pass, even though I know it is correct.

    HELP!

I remember when I got ISDN installed Eircom corrupted my account when they 'upgraded' it. No password change on their end would work, yet I could log into the free service without problems. After 4/5 calls one of them eventually escalated it and it was fixed the next day.
Indigo are part of Eircom and probably use the same buggy system.

Your account has to be isdn enabled-ask them to check that it is being provisioned to be so..
idf it isn's they can transfer you to sales who will upgrade you if they can't upgrade you themselves

This may help. it may not.
these is a setting in the dial up network properties pages, where you can put a check in 'log on to server'
Make sure thats not checked on the free isp properties.

That stuff’s loaded with nutrients. I …I can't compete with that stuff."

It has been upgraded 4 times, or so I'm told.

It doesn't have to do with that log on to network box, I had that problem before smile.gif

After several emails, I managed to convince them that it wasn't me enering my password wrong etc, so they gave me a number to ring to deal with it.Of course, I couldn't get through to the number this evening.
