Webpage guide a n00b?

Hey i'm thinking of setting up a webpage. No i had one years ago with angelfire but i have basically forgotten all i learned.


Could u please give me a few pointers on

1. where i should sign up (must be a free)

2. What i should have for making the site

3. Any tips or warnings

4. And should i install a coffee machine?

1. So many places, IOL free webspace ain't bad
2. If you are only doing one webpage then d/ling Dreamweaver 4 fully functional 30 day trial might be an option, its an excellent program, practically builds the pages for you itself.
