firewall for home use?

The person who wants this wants to block out some sites from her kidz, anyone know of any free/cheep one she can get for home use?? Or is there another way of blocking sites? "just because you're not paraniod, doesn't mean they're not after you!"

Zone Alarm.

Although your not really looking for a firewall your looking for some kind of censoring software, in which case I can't off hand recommend anything. I know IE has it built in but isn't the best.
