are these counted as input or output devices? or both?

say as an example u have a touchscreen bank machine with a keypad on the screen and also ur options like withdraw cash, change PIN etc. but then in terms of the computer inside it, the screen is the standard output. any ideas?

I should expect it's classed as an input/output device.
