Gracenote probem for Sony nw-hd3

i got a sony nw-hd3 mp3 player the other day.everything was fine.The sonic stage software installed fine. It uses Gracenote to gather information on cd's that are being recorded into it.so i registered with them because it was working well.But now everytime i put in a cd it keeps asking me to register by clicking register…

It uses Gracenote to gather information on cd's that are being recorded into it.so i registered with them because it was working well.But now everytime i put in a cd it keeps asking me to register by clicking register on a little pop up.But when i do this it comes up again and then it tells me it cannot find info on the cd.

I was wondering has anyone else experienced anything like this with there Sonic stage software or with Gracenote?And have they got any tips on how to solve this problem
