Packet sniffer for win2k pro

    Hi, can anyone point me to a decent packet sniffer than will be able to get TCP & UDP packets. Neeeds to work in win2k pro.

    Depends on whether you want to pay money for it or not. There are plenty of network sniffers out there for free on the seedier side of the net that are far better than several commercial packages.

    Most will need the PCAP library installed, so search on google for that and you'll find links to get decent knowledge on the issue. (Sorry I couldn't recommend any particular package as it's a few months since I used Win2k/NT apps).

    Try Spynet/Capturenet. Search in Google should do. Arbirnet to a product called Sessionwall, which is the big daddy of sniffers. Try it.
